Marketwise began with a straightforward belief: appraisal management could be more responsive, accountable, and personal.

I entered the real estate industry as the consequences of the Great Financial Crisis were reshaping mortgage lending and banking. Seeing the effects of misaligned incentives reinforced for me the importance of independent valuations, sound processes, and experienced professional judgment.

In 2017, we founded Marketwise to put those principles into practice. We built a boutique appraisal management company around seasoned professionals, direct access to decision-makers, and attentive service tailored to each lending partner.

Our vision remains focused: serve the markets we know exceptionally well, grow thoughtfully, and never lose the personal accountability that sets us apart. When a client needs help, our team responds quickly, solves problems, and takes ownership from beginning to end.
